Protection of Documents in Bins

All bins provided by Arctic Shred are locked and contain a paper slot for depositing items to be shredded. Chain of custody is maintained by barcoded locked bins. Bin keys are provided under a controlled process with guidelines. Please refer to the Guidelines for Issued Key Sets and the BIN KEYS section of your agreement for more information.

Protection of Documents During Servicing

Arctic Shred is compliant with NAID, HIPAA, FACTA. We are members of iSIGMA and a BBB A+ Member. Our fleet of trucks are tracked via GPS at all times. Drivers are badged as access employees per NAID.

All drivers are screened with 7-year background checks and a 7-year driving history. CDL drivers are part of a DOT random drug test pool and undergo pre-employment drug screening. Certificates of destruction are emailed to the primary contact immediately upon completion of our services, prior to departing the site. All shredding is performed on-site before the driver leaves.

On board CCTV cameras are used for on-site witnessed shred. No documents are removed from the site without being shredded.
